Room was dirty with marks on the pillows and sofa. Room service was terrible - quality of food and service and one time it took 2 hours. You can find a better hotel in Belfast.

  • Family with children
    5.0

The location of the hotel is good, and the staff were courteous.

I rate this hotel a grotty one star. Its shabby and smelly. Never again.

  • Couple

Staff were ver good and all services that we were provided at the bar and also during breakfast.

The room had a bad (men's) odour. Also we were given 2 single beds instead of a double as requested. I would recommend it only as it was quite cheap.

Nice hotel staff helpful to a point. Did not go out of their way at reception to help me when I had no change for parking outside the hotel and did not tell me about the car park behind the hotel other wise I was happy with everything else. Rooms were very nice ,clean and plenty of tea and coffee. Good size room.

The swimming pool was lovely although it would be nicer to make it compulsive to ware a swimming hat for hygienic reasons. The bar was quite nice and very relaxing bar staff very nice too. The restaurant was very pleasant too. Over all we were very happy and well come back actually my partner is booked in for September already with her daughter for a return shopping visit for three nights.

It was wonderful stay, I liked the place, hotel and stuff.

I didn't like the cleanliness of my room, it was dusty, mirrors cloudy, bath wasn't clean properly like it has to be for a arrival room.

  • Older travelers
    7.0

It was very clean and well looked after. But because we were so late checking in we could not avail of any of the facilities so I cannot comment on these. It is in a great position for all the night life and shops. May stay again when in Belfast again

Customer care course could be looked at by management for some staff

  • Group of friends

The hotel is so central with the shopping street/restaurants all within walking distance.

We asked for rooms either joining or beside each other & were told that the way rooms were allocated that this couldn't happen? Seems a bit strange ... also I emailed the hotel personnally requesting this & have still not to date received reply from them?

Myself and hubby's booked a night away from the kids just to chill out and do some shopping. We found the hotel very comfortable and really enjoyed the health club very much. Good vaule for money

At breakfast there was nobody there to show us were to sit and there was no clean tables when we came down. Food was good

    close by city centre

no parking facilities although hotel has fair price with ncp, fairly expensive compare to other hotels I have used in city. Drinks selection deperate dont sell coke as mixer, large glass of wine ordered didnt think they had enough in bottle would you settle for a different one ie take it or leave it. Fridge ibn room no mini bar, outdated tv.

    location

unimpressive bar area more like a railway station, certantly could not be classed as cosy, very expensive drinks , much better too walk across the road to the bridge bar for proper price food & drinks

  • Group of friends

The rooms were very modern, it was centrally located, and very easy to find.

Took them nearly 20 minutes to check us in, even though we were there after 2pm.

    Leaving

My booking was lost. My TV/remote was faulty. No list of TV channels. My phone was broken. Poor and slow bar service - many guestrs gave up and left the bar. The breakfast was rubber eggs, no bread. The leisure centre was 'staffed' by a "hoodie" who barely spoke. The gents showers were appalling - mould like you have never seen, rust and decay. The matting alongside the poor was dirty. Inadequate direction signs in the leisure centre. The room had a special telephone numbere for problems which I rang, but it was closed. I left a message and was promised a call back in 24 hrs......3 days later....still no call back.

Reception staff not very friendly. Internet connection not working in room was told someone would be upp to look at it. aited 1 hour and contacted reception again and was told they would call me back but never did. pROBLEM not resolved but charge was on my bill the next morning and I had some difficulty getting it removed.
